Service terms outline

Service: AI website assistant (AI Receptionist) configured for the customer, hosted and maintained by ALM Digital Studio, with a customer portal.

Fees: one-time setup fee and monthly subscription per the selected plan, in CAD, taxes extra, billed in advance. Monthly conversation allowance per plan; usage above it is discussed before any plan change.

Customer responsibilities: provide accurate business information and approve every knowledge document; respond to leads; keep website access needed for installation; comply with CASL when contacting leads.

AI limitations: the assistant can be wrong. It is instructed and technically restricted to answer only from approved information, not to quote unapproved prices and not to confirm bookings, but the customer remains responsible for its commitments to its own customers.

Data: the customer owns its leads and conversation records and can export them at any time. ALM processes personal information only to provide the service, keeps it confidential and deletes it at the end of the retention period or on termination.

Term and cancellation: month-to-month after setup; 30 days written notice to cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has started.

Liability: limited to the fees paid in the previous three months, except where the law does not allow a limit. No guarantee of leads, sales or rankings.
